During my stay at JW Marriott Austin, I enjoyed the clean and modern rooms with fantastic views. however, my experience was marred by some cleanliness issues and service inconsistencies. The location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and nightlife. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were some areas that could use improvement, particularly in dining and housekeeping.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing my request for a fridge in my room. However, I did encounter a few issues, including a busy pool area and the parking costs, which felt excessive.
