During my stay at JW Marriott Austin, I enjoyed the clean and modern rooms with fantastic views. however, my experience was marred by some cleanliness issues and service inconsistencies. The location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and nightlife. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were some areas that could use improvement, particularly in dining and housekeeping.

However, my experience at the spa was quite disappointing, overshadowing what could have been a perfect trip. The dining at Osteria Pronto was fantastic, thanks to really good service, yet a few amenities in the room were lacking.
